Wanting to welcome neighbors to Andrus, Bestsy Biddle, Executive Director, recalled the fun time parents and students had, years ago, when her son participated in a maypole dance and spring celebration at school.  And so, the idea for this event was conceived.

Live entertainment will be provided along with children’s activities, crafts, delicious food, vendors selling Mother’s Day gifts and more.   Entertainment includes the following:

Andrus on Hudson is Westchester’s only Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation resource offering all private rooms with bath.  Betsy Biddle, Executive Director, is particularly proud of this because “it means more privacy and choice, less chance for infections, more sleep and the opportunity to decorate the room to personal tastes.”

Andrus specializes in skilled nursing, palliative care, hospice and short-term rehabilitation.  Here individuals can experience the security of a high quality life with a range of exceptional support from a trained staff where one can recuperate, recondition, or age gracefully in an ideal setting.
