Red Hat on the River - 1 Bridge St., Irvington (914) 591-5888

• Served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; three course pre-fixed menu is $65 (per person plus tax and gratuity); brunch items are also available á la carte at the bar

Rainwater Grill - 19 Main St., Hastings-on-Hudson (914) 428-1147

• Will be serving one menu the entire day starting at 11:30 a.m.

The Cookery - 39 Chestnut St., Dobbs Ferry (914) 305-2336

• Served from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; pre-fixed menu is $24 per person (per person plus tax and gratuity) and includes complimentary mimosa, bellini or bloody Mary; bruch items are also offered á la carte

• Served from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.; pre-fixed menu is $24 (per person plus tax and gratuity) and includes an entrée, muffins, bread, fruit, yogurt with granola and a cookie plate.
