Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Returns In March In Dobbs Ferry
Check out all the participating restaurants that will offer three-course prix fixe lunches and dinners in Irvington, Ardsley and Hastings.

DOBBS FERRY, NY — It's that time of the year once again to set your culinary sights on all the good food available in Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington and the rest of the Hudson Valley. The spring 2019 edition of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is right around the corner, and there are nearly 200 participating restaurants, The Valley Table magazine announced.
From March 11 to March 24, restaurants are participating in Dutchess, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties, spanning more than 100 miles.
Chefs will be featuring their best dishes by way of three-course, prix-fixe lunch ($22.95) and dinner ($32.95) menus. The price of the meal excludes beverage, tax and tip.

The majority of participating chefs and restaurateurs use locally sourced ingredients in support of the region's farms, winemakers, distillers, artisanal producers and purveyors, according to The Valley Table.
