Irvington Athletes Sign Letters Of Intent With Colleges

The students committed to swimming, lacrosse, track and field, wrestling and basketball.

IRVINGTON, NY — Seven Irvington High School seniors have announced their commitment to play sports at colleges across the country. Joined by administrators, coaches, parents and teammates, the students were recognized recently for their contributions to the school community during a ceremonial letter of intent signing.

Athletic Director John Buonamano said everyone at the school was so proud of the students’ personal accomplishments, as well as the leadership each of them provided during their time at Irvington.

“We know that they will continue to grow as student-athletes and wish them the best in all of their future endeavors,” he said.

The school offered its congratulations to the following student-athletes:

  • Grace Brady committed to swimming in Division III at Middlebury College.
  • Aine Cleary has committed to lacrosse in Division III at Hamilton College.
  • Max Forte has committed to track and field in Division I at Duke University.
  • Devin Reilly has committed to track and field in Division III at SUNY Cortland.
  • Ian Schwam has committed to wresting in Division III at New York University.
  • Grace Thybulle has committed to basketball in Division I at Yale University.
  • Connor Vincent has committed to swimming in Division III at New York University.
