Irvington School Board To Recognize Valedictorian, Salutatorian
The recognition comes just weeks before the Class of 2017 graduates.

IRVINGTON, NY - The Irvington school board will recognize Irvington High School's 2017 valedictorian and salutatorian when it meets on Tuesday, June 6.
This year's valedictorian is Ryan Meng-Killian, while the salutatorian is Zoe Mermelstein. Both will be recognized for their academic achievements, according to the board's agenda.
Mermelstein will also be recognized for having won a merit scholarship, and will be joined by fellow honoree Clara Montgomery.

The board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the high school's Campus Presentation Room, which is located at 40 North Broadway in Irvington. A reception honoring retirees and tenure recipients will take place prior to the meeting, and will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the campus library.
Irvington High School's graduation will take place on Saturday, June 17.
