Man Accused of Pushing, Shoving Woman

A 23-year-old Dobbs Ferry man was charged with misdemeanor harrassment.

A 23-year-old Dobbs Ferry resident was arrested for harassing, pushing and shoving a 21-year-old woman on April 27. Police responded to an apartment in Dobbs Ferry around 2 a.m.

When they arrived the woman told police that the man became physical after during an argument and ripped the phone off the wall and disconnected the phone when she was trying to call 911.

The male was charged with harassment in the third degree, a fourth degree class A misdemeanor.
