Man Charged Again After Leaving Court

An Irvington man was again charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, immediately after appearing in court for the same charge on Feb. 1. 

After his court appearance where he was accused of driving without a license, the man was pulled over on Main Street and Croton Place, arrested on a new charge and had his car impounded.

He was release on $400 bail and will appear back in court on March 11.
