Michael Weatherly Series 'Bull' Filming In Hastings-On-Hudson
Weatherly's character was inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil.

HASTINGS-ON-HUDSON, NY — The CBS television series “Bull” is filming in the Hudson Valley this week. A photograph of a notice to residents was posted on Twitter that the program, which stars Michael Weatherly, will be shooting through Thursday, Sept. 7.
The notice said that parking or production vehicles would affect both sides of the full block of Rosedale Avenue, between Ravensdale Road and Merrill Street. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
“We understand that this is first and foremost a residential community and want work [sic] with you to ensure necessary pick ups, deliveries and daily life go unaffected,” the notice read.

Filming is scheduled to go well into the nighttime hours.
The production company even offered to provide residents with black-out fabric to block lighting used during filming from coming into their homes.

According to the CBS website Weatherly stars as Dr. Jason Bull, a character that was inspired by the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw, who founded a trial consulting firm.
Weatherly starred as Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo for 13 years on “NCIS.” His other television credits include “Dark Angel,” “Loving,” “Significant Others” and “Jessie.”
