Padlock Attached to Car Door Handle

A 61-year-old Dobbs Ferry man returned to his car that was parked in the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront parking lot, to find a padlock on his passenger side door handle. Â
The resident said he parked his 2012 Mercedes at the lot at 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on May 9. The door was rendered unusable and the sustained scratches. Â
