Ramp Closure Scheduled For I-287 In Greenburgh

GREENBURGH, NY — Roadwork in the town of Greenburgh will mean a ramp closure on Interstate 287.

The state Department of Transportation said motorists should be aware that the eastbound I-287 ramp onto the northbound Saw Mill River Parkway in the town of Greenburgh will be closed between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday, April 19 and Tuesday, April 30.

Weather permitting, the closure will facilitate maintenance activities.

Delays should be expected, and motorists should follow the posted detour using Route 119 as an alternative.

The lane closures are related to an ongoing bridge replacement and rehabilitation project in lower Westchester County.
