Mildred Ovadek, 90, of Dobbs Ferry, NY died on June 18, 2013, the daughter of Pasquale and Anna Delmerico.
She was born and raised in Dobbs Ferry and lived there since 1923. Millie married John P. Ovadek who predeceased her in 1988. She worked for over 35 years as a waitress at the Tarrytown Conference Center, among other places, and particularly enjoyed cooking, daily walks, and family time.
She was a member of the Daughters of Italy in Dobbs Ferry as well as the Sacred Heart Church Senior Group.
She is survived by her children, John Paul and Richard, 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and sister, Antoinette Marconi.
