ELMSFORD, NY — Our Small Business Spotlight shines a light on local businesses we may not know that well.

1. How did you come up with the name? I handle Accessible Travel arrangements and I myself am accessible to my customers.

2. Why start a business in this town? I grew up in Sleepy Hollow, and I was using a shared office space in Tarrytown at the time: Watercooler.

3. What business are you in? Travel agent

4. What's the most difficult challenge you've faced as a business owner? Being all things to my customers and myself.

5. What's been your proudest achievement since opening? Being able to handle all aspects of a person's trip.

6. How does your business give back to the community? I am a volunteer usher at the Tarrytown Music Hall, and I helped at Watercooler because it became a fixture in the community and hosted many events. Yes, it has since closed.
