Teen Kicks, Breaks Fire Alarm Box at HS

A 16-year-old was arrested for kicking and breaking a fire alarm box after he got into an argument with Children’s Village school staff over wearing a music headset.

The incident occurred on March 13 around 8:15 a.m. at Bethune School High School at Children's Village in Dobbs Ferry.

He was charged with criminal mischief, a fourth-degree class A misdemeanor, and was given a ticket to appear in court on March 24.
