Two Arrested in Irvington Pot Deal

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested two individuals on Jan. 23 after witnessing an alleged sale of weed. A 29-year-old Orangeburg man was allegedly seen selling a bag of marijuana to a 28-year-old Tarrytown female on Bridge Street in Irvington around 4:45 p.m.
The male was charged with criminal sale of marijuana, a fifth degree misdemeanor and she was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Both were released on their own recognizance and must appear in court on Feb. 11.Â
