Unsettled And Rainy: Hudson Valley Work Week Weather
Will you need a jacket? An umbrella? Here's what you can expect weather-wise in the Hudson Valley.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Despite what the calendar says, the Hudson Valley can expect cooler than normal temperatures as we transition from April to May. No doubt the cooler temps were felt across the region Sunday, and they weren't helped by the rain and drizzle that seldom let up.
"Jackets will be needed in New England and upstate New York with temperatures being held to the 50s, and even 40s in some communities," said Kristina Pydynowski, AccuWeather senior meteorologist.
Don't get used to the sunshine that we saw starting Monday, because clouds will move in during the course of the day, and possible scattered rain showers are in the forecast.

"The remainder of the week looks quite unsettled and uncertain, as a series of storm systems develop along a frontal boundary over the central U.S.," Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather said.
"Those storms will track northeastward, and continually spread clouds and chances for showers through the 2nd half of the work week," they said.
