Woman Arrested for Smoking Pot with Teens

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested a 20-year-old for smoking pot in the Mercy College parking area with her 16-year-old brother and his 17-year-old friend on March 8 around 12:45 p.m. 

They were all charged with criminal possession of marijuana, in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor. The 20-year-old was also charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, also a misdemeanor.

They were issued appearance tickets.
