Cops: Pair Robbed Mobile Store, Punched and Handcuffed Clerk
The robbery happened Monday night in Uniondale, police said.

Two men beat and handcuffed an employee before robbing a cellular phone store in Uniondale Monday night, according to Nassau County Police.
At 7:44 p.m., two men entered Cellular Phone Store, located at 1035 Front St., cops said. After one of the men punched a clerk in the face, the other handcuffed the victim, police said.
The pair stole the cash register and multiple cell phones before fleeing the scene, cops said. They were seen heading west on Front Street after the robbery, police said.

The victim sustained a contusion to the eye, authorities said.
One of the culprits was described as a man in his 40s, bald, and wearing a red shirt, white pants, and gloves, cops said. One of the men had a silver revolver, officials said.
