Larceny

  • A Woodland Park, NJ, resident reported to police on Aug. 12 at 9:30 a.m. that an unknown person stole her iPhone while she was in the vicinity of College Place and Clinton Avenue.

  • An Oceanside resident reported to police on Aug. 12 at 5:50 p.m. that an unknown person(s) stole his Trex bicycle from the LIRR Station earlier in the day.

  • An Oceanside resident reported to police on Aug. 12 at 7:21  p.m. an that unknown person(s) stole his Dahon bicycle from the backyard of a Lincoln Avenue residence earlier in the day.

  • A Hempstead Avenue resident reported to police on Aug. 14 at 12:15 p.m. that an unknown person(s) stole his golf bag and golf clubs from his vehicle while it was parked in Municipal Parking Field #20.

  • A Voorhis Avenue resident reported to police on Aug. 18 at 10:57 a.m. that an unknown person(s) stole five medical prescription slips from her unlocked motor vehicle while it was parked in the driveway of her residence. 

  • A Wantagh resident reported to police on Aug. 18 at 3:07 p.m. that an unknown person(s) damaged the lock on the trunk of his vehicle and stole assorted tools and CDs while it was parked in Municipal Parking Field #12.

    • A Terrell Avenue resident reported to police on Aug. 12 at 1:07 p.m. that an unknown person(s) attempted to open bank accounts in her name at various banks without authorization.

    • A North Long Beach Road resident reported to police on Aug. 17 at 1:50 p.m. that an unknown person(s) made unauthorized purchases with her American Express credit card.
