A complainant from Banks Avenue reported to police on Sept. 18 at 7:42 a.m. that sometime between Sept. 17 at 7 a.m. and Sept. 18 at 7:30 a.m., an unknown person(s) stole his 2009 Jeep vehicle from in front of 100 Banks Ave.
The manager of Frank’s Steaks, located at 54 Lincoln Ave., reported to police on Sept. 18 at 4:06 p.m. that on Aug. 13 at 7:30 p.m., an unknown person(s) ordered $169.13 in food from the restaurant for pick up with an unauthorized Amex card.

Unusual Incident
Two complainants from Baldwin and Freeport reported to police on Sept. 16 at 12:20 p.m. that an unknown person(s) attempted to use their Chase and Amex credit card information for multiple purchases after they had used the cards on Sept. 12 at 11:23 p.m. at TGI Fridays, located at 716 Sunrise Highway. There was a total loss of $54.42 in unauthorized purchases against the Chase card at the time of report.
A complainant from Windsor Avenue reported to police on Sept. 16 at 1:53 p.m. that sometime since Aug. 2013, an unknown person(s) opened a Lord and Taylor credit card account using her personal information without authorization.
A complainant from Vincent Street reported to police on Sept. 19 at 5:05 p.m. that sometime since Aug. 28, an unknown person(s) stole a Chase debit card and made an unauthorized withdrawal of $1192 from his account.
Criminal Mischief
A complainant from Fenway reported to police on Sept. 21 that sometime between 4:30 and 6:45 p.m., an unknown person(s) damaged her 2012 Honda vehicle while it was parked in Municipal Parking Field #14.
Property Damage
A complainant from Baldwin reported to police on Sept. 16 at 11:15 a.m. that on Sept. 12 sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., his 2009 Buick vehicle was damaged by unknown means while parked in Municipal Parking Field #1.
A complainant from Malverne reported to police on Sept. 17 at 10:30 a.m. that his 2007 Acura motor vehicle was damaged by a rock where NCPD Department of Public Works personnel were landscaping on Peninsula Boulevard, south of Lakeview Avenue.
