A driver allegedly speeding on Sunrise Highway slammed into a tree and building Friday night, leaving his passenger with moderate injuries.
The accident occurred near the intersection of Sunrise and Morris Avenue, according to Chris Ramos, a retired New York City firefighters who pulled the passenger out of the vehicle.
The car was apparently totaled, but property damage was limited.
