Hulu Comedy Series Starring Amy Schumer Films In Rockville Centre
The series is called "Life and Beth" and also stars Michael Rapaport.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY—A new Hulu comedy series called "Life and Beth" filmed a scene Monday in Rockville Centre. The show stars Amy Schumer, Michael Cera and Michael Rapaport
Schumer signed a ten episode deal with the network to write, direct, produce and star in the series, according to Variety. Schumer is a native of Rockville Centre and once told Alec Baldwin on a podcast that "there were a lot of things that I loved and a lot of things I didn't love... I wouldn't want to live there again" about growing up on Long Island.
"In the show, Beth’s [Schumer] life looks pretty great on paper. Impressive to everyone she grew up with, she makes a good living as a wine distributor. She’s in a long-term relationship with an attractive, successful guy and lives in Manhattan. When a sudden incident forces Beth to engage with her past, her life changes forever. Through flashbacks to her teen self, Beth starts to learn how she became who she is and who she wants to become."
