ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending April 12.

Leaving the Scene

  • On April 4 at 8:30 p.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked on Pine Street.
  • On April 8 at 8:59 p.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle while he was driving on Merrick Road. The driver of the other vehicle fled on foot.
  • On April 9 at 6:27 p.m., a driver reported her car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while she was driving on Lincoln Avenue.

  • On April 8 at 4:21 a.m., the manager of a pharmacy on N. Village Avenue reported two men stole assorted soaps valued at $400.
