LIRR Cancels Multiple Babylon Line Trains
If you were thinking of leaving the city a little early today, you may have to change your plans.
The MTA is cancelling a few eastbound evening trains due to signal trouble, and the Babylon line is being affected.
The 4:03 p.m., 4:34 p.m., 4:57 p.m., 5:19 p.m., 5:40 p.m., 6:05 p.m. and 6:33 p.m. trains from Penn Station have all been cancelled, the LIRR said.
The cancellation was caused by signal trouble in the West Side Yard, the LIRR said. The latest info on which trains are running and which are cancelled is available at mta.info/lirr.
