Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash In Rockville Centre

Nassau County police said a man died in a crash Saturday on the Sunrise Highway.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — A 29-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle collided with another vehicle in Rockville Centre on Saturday, Nassau County police said.

The crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. when the motorcyclist, whose name wasn't released, was traveling eastbound on the Sunrise Highway near Yorktown Avenue, detectives said.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, while the other driver suffered minor injuries, police said.
