Nassau Girls Are State Champs For Second Year In A Row
The girls are the first basketball team in LI history to win back-to-back state championships.

The Baldwin High School Girls Varsity Basketball team set a Long Island record over the weekend when they became the first team to win back-to-back state championships.
The Lady Bruins defeated Ossining High School 87-60 in a game played at Hudson Valley Community College. Baldwin had defeated Ossining last year, too, to win its first championship.
It was the latest in a long line of victories for the team. The Lady Bruins have taken home the County Championship every year since 2014, and also snagged the Long Island Championship in 2017 and 2018.
