Rockville Centre Budget Passes
The votes are in for the district's 2020-21 budget. See how it fared in your community.
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The results are in, and the Rockville Centre School District's budget passed.
The vote was 3,629 to 2,275 in favor of the spending plan.
In addition, Tara Hackett was returned to the Board of Education with 3,846 votes, and Christine Farazani was elected to the board with 2,904. She beat out Gregg Spaulding and Joseph Hunsberger, who received 2,638 and 1,045 votes, respectively.

All of the votes were cast by absentee ballot this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.
