RVC Schools Looking to Help Displaced Students
Registration for displaced students will start Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.
The following message is from the Rockville Centre Public Schools:
If you have a family member or friend who has been displaced from their home due to Hurricane Sandy and is now staying with you in Rockville Centre, please listen to this important announcement.
Displaced children temporarily living within the Rockville Centre School District are eligible to register for Rockville Centre Public Schools.

Registration of displaced students will take place with the District Registrar, Ms. Eleanor Condenzio, at South Side High School Room 102 beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Displaced students who attend private schools and require transportation to those schools are also eligible to receive transportation. Please refer those requests to the district transportation office: 255-8931

Classes will resume for the district on Wednesday, while the SATs, originally scheduled for this past weekened, have been rescheduled for Nov. 17.
