ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending March 22.

Leaving the Scene

  • On March 15 at 11:54 a.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked on N. Village Avenue.
  • On March 19 at 8:07 a.m., a driver reported her car was struck by a truck that left the scene while she was driving on Sunrise Highway.

Larceny

  • On March 18 at 6:45 p.m., an employee at a pharmacy on Merrick Road reported four hand massagers were stolen.

Burglary

  • On March 18 at 8:27 p.m., the manager of a restaurant on S. Park Avenue reported she discovered a burglary that occurred the night before. The burglar entered through a rear door and removed cash from the safe.
