3 Accused Of Burglary In Southern Westchester
County police said the trio of men is suspected of committing burglaries in other communities.
RYE BROOK, NY — Three burglary suspects were arrested Wednesday by Westchester County police as they tried to flee on the Hutchinson River Parkway. Around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, Rye Brook police broadcast a description of a vehicle wanted in connection with a burglary that had just occurred in the village.
County police began checking the parkway, and an officer located the vehicle in the vicinity of Wilmot Road in New Rochelle.
The three men were stopped and taken into custody.

Police said the men — all from the Bronx — were identified as Thomas A. Ricketts, 28; Latiek M. Frazer, 26, and Omar S. Willis, 28.
They were all charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, in connection with what police said was found in their vehicle.

They were arraigned in New Rochelle City Court and ordered held without bail at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla.
Police said the trio is suspected of committing burglaries in other Westchester communities. Detectives assigned to the Real Time Crime Center and the General Investigations Unit are assisting multiple departments with ongoing investigations into the trio.
