CSR's Mitzvah Day is Back

An opportunity to perform multiple mitzvot in an afternoon!

Mitzvah Day is coming to Community Synagogue of Rye on Saturday, May 4th at 10:45 am.

Looking at the world around us, the brokenness can be overwhelming and paralyzing; but our Jewish tradition teaches us that inaction is not an option.

Here at the Community Synagogue of Rye, we believe in the concept of Tikkun Olam, which literally means "repairing the world." How can we repair the world? By performing Mitzvot: Moral deeds performed within our Jewish tradition. And what better day to do it than Mitzvah Day!
