Muscoot Hike – 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. Muscoot Farm, Route 100, Somers – (914) 864-7282. A curator-led nature hike on one of the farm’s many hiking trails.
Volunteer Corps Work Day – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Edith G. Read Wildlife Sanctuary, Playland Park, Rye – (914) 967-8720. Help with invasive plant removal, trail work, beach clean-up and more.
Hike to the Quarry – 11 a.m. – 12 noon. Cranberry Lake Preserve, Old Orchard Street, North White Plains – (914) 428-1005. Hear about history and nature during a leisurely hike to this remote part of the preserve.
Asian Heritage Festival – 12 noon – 6 p.m. Kensico Dam Plaza, 1 Bronx River Parkway, Valhalla – (914) 231-4033. Music and dance, entertainment, vendors and food.
Family Camping Experience – 2 p.m. Saturday – 11 a.m. Sunday. Trailside Nature Museum at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Routes 35 and 121 South, Cross River -- (914) 864-7322. Bird Walk with Ed Kanze – 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Trailside Nature Museum at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Routes 35 and 121 South, Cross River -- (914) 864-7322. Join naturalist Ed Kanze for his annual bird walk. Bring your binoculars and meet in the parking lot at the museum.
Spring Bird Migration: The Final Scene – 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Marshlands Conservancy, Boston Post Road, Rye – (914) 835-4466. Bring binoculars to witness the last of the migrants.

Dairy Day – 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Muscoot Farm, Route 100, Somers – (914) 864-7282. Celebrate Dairy Month with milking demonstrations, crafts and taste tests. Muscoot's 4-H Group will be on hand to answer questions.
Bicycle Sundays – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Bronx River Parkway, White Plains to Yonkers – (914) 995-4050. Bike, jog, ride, walk or skate the parkway from the Westchester County Center in White Plains to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers. Also, 6/9, 16, 23 and 30.
Antiques and Artisans Fair – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Lasdon Park, Arboretum and Veterans Memorial, Route 35, Somers – (914) 864-7268. A huge selection of antiques and works by skilled artisans in many media, including wood, basketry, jewelry and textiles, and food truck. Admission: $9.
