Rye City Planning Commission Meeting

Rye City Planning Commission will be having their meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 7pm in the City Council Hearing Room of the Rye City Hall.  

Agenda items that are subject to approval are for: to re-using a former warehouse for a bus company, approval for a wetland permit for a new single-family residence, a wetland permit for a replacement of existing dilapidated residential pier, wetland permit for the construction of new single-family residence, cabana, pool, patio and other improvements within the 100-foot wetland buffer of Milton Harbor, wetland permit for construction of a new-single family house.
