Rye Now Accepting Comments About Wainwright House Zoning Amendment
Comments will be taken until 5pm on Wednesday, January 27th. All comments will be collected and provided to the Council for their review.

At last night’s City Council meeting, the Milton Harbor Foundation made a presentation related to a proposed zoning text amendment. The petition, related to the Wainwright House property, is being considered by the Council for potential future action. Zoning text amendments and any consideration, referrals etc. are discretionary actions by the Council. Given the community interest, the Council is inviting written comments by residents.

Comments will be taken until 5pm on Wednesday, January 27th. All comments will be collected and provided to the Council for their review (comments will not be publicly posted at this time). If you previously provided written comments, those have already been shared with the Council and it is not necessary to resubmit. If you wish to comment please email wainwrightcomments@ryeny.gov. It is expected that the Council will announce any next steps at the February 3rd Council meeting.
