Westchester Parks Foundation Hosts 'Sunset Yoga In The Parks' In Rye
The classes are open to all levels of experience and would be appropriate for beginners.
RYE, NY — Westchester Parks Foundation, in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian, Whole Foods Market Westchester and Tovami Yoga, recently hosted its “Sunset Yoga in the Parks” summer series of free yoga classes at Playland Beach in Rye. The classes, taught by teachers at Tovami Yoga, are open to all levels, and are a great introduction to all beginners.
The next “Sunset Yoga in the Parks“ events will take place at Playland Beach in Rye at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, August 16 and at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9.
