MSG Varsity is Calling All Aspiring Singers and Dancers

MSG Varsity is looking for the most talented singers and dancers in the tri-state area to compete on Season 2 of “MSG Varsity’s Talent Show.”  Open to all high school students throughout Cablevision’s New York, New Jersey and Connecticut service area, students can submit auditions online at www.msgvarsitytalentshow.com  through January 13, 2012.  The competition includes four categories -- male vocalist, female vocalist, vocal ensemble and dance ensemble.

New this year, MSG Varsity will provide students with the opportunity to audition LIVE for individual male and female vocalist positions.   Individual vocalists who want a live audition experience should log onto www.msgvarsitytalentshow.com to sign up for remaining audition dates, times and locations, which include Tuesday, January 10 at 4:00pm at Passaic County Technical Institute (Wayne, NJ), or the Harrison High School (Harrison, NY) audition, held Wednesday January 11 at 3pm.

“The tri-state area is home to many talented high school students and we are thrilled to showcase some of the best on ‘MSG Varsity’s Talent Show,’” said Theresa Chillianis, General Manager, MSG Varsity. “With so many tremendous acts, it’s not going to be easy to select only 32 for this season.”
