Brookhaven Town's Holtsville Pool To Open For The Season
Holtsville's public pool will open next week with some new coronavirus regulations.
HOLTSVILLE, NY — After a long wait, Brookhaven residents will finally have a pool to jump into this summer. Holtsville Pool will open Monday for the remainder of the summer season.
Some rules have changed due to the coronavirus pandemic, though:
- Pool access will be for residents only
- There will be two swim sessions per day, one from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m and one from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Pool-goers must purchase one session per day
- Visitors must bring their own chairs. No chairs will be provided
- You must reserve a spot online. Appointments can be booked starting this Friday.
The Centereach Pool and Mastic Aquatic Center will not open this summer according to the Town of Brookhaven.
