Final Town-By-Town LI Snow Totals; 74 MPH Wind Gust Recorded
The National Weather Service has released final snow totals for many Long Island towns. Do they look accurate to you?

LONG ISLAND, NY – The National Weather Service has released final snow totals for many Long Island towns.
The storm, which spanned Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning, also knocked out power to thousands of Long Islanders. A 74 mph wind gust was recorded in Eatons Neck in Suffolk County at 9:33 p.m Wednesday. In Nassau, the strongest reported gust was 57 mph in Bayville at 12:16 a.m. Thursday, according to weather service wind reports.
Fewer than 200 PSEG Long Island customers remained without power as of Thursday night, according to the PSEG outage map. Several Long Island school districts will open with a 2-hour delay Friday.
