Sachem alum Bryan Petillo is tweeting from a new account just about tips for lacrosse goaltenders.

Petillo, who won a National Championship at Tufts two seasons ago, is using @LaxGoalieTips to post random updates about the position. Follow him now for interesting and unique insight on playing goalie.

So far he's posted training techniques: "Learn to juggle! Increase your eye-hand coordination by practicing and learning. And its always impressive when you really get good!" or "Jump rope at least 20 min a day to increase foot speed! Get more comfortable on the balls of your feet and quicker with stepping to the ball."
