Jobhaven.org Job Fair Returns to Brookhaven for Third Year

On Thursday, June 26, Brookhaven Town Hall will host the third annual Jobhaven.org job fair. Sponsored by the Division of Economic Development’s Brookhaven Business Advisory Council (BBAC), the fair will run from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and is free to all residents.

The job fair will provide an opportunity for job seekers to meet face-to-face with representatives from local companies that are looking to hire now. Tables and booths will be set up throughout the second floor auditorium at Brookhaven Town Hall and prospective employers from the fields of business, pharmaceuticals, insurance, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and government will be available to review resumes.

In addition, free 15-minute workshops will be offered, covering low cost health insurance, LinkedIn 101, franchising opportunities, starting a business and how to work with recruiters.
