Live.Love.Bark Donates Dog Toys to Islip Animal Shelter
The non-profit volunteer group donated dozens of Kong brand dog toys, worth just over $200.
Islip Animal Shelter and Adopt-a-Pet Center recently received a generous donation of Kong brand dog toys from Live.Love.Bark, the shelter’s non-profit volunteer group.
The donation was worth just over $200 and included more than 30 different toys ranging in size and style by Kong, which is known for its heavy-duty, durable toys. Live.Love.Bark’s donation helped to replace many of the old and broken toys and will give the dogs months of entertainment and stimulation.
The Islip Animal Shelter is always accepting donations of new or gently used toys and other items that might keep the more than 100 adoptable animals happy and healthy. If you’re interested in donating, visit the shelter’s Amazon wish list or Live.Love.Bark’s website.
