Police Looking for Man Who Used Stolen Credit Cards at DVD Kiosk
Stole pocketbooks from parked vehicles outside gym in Shirley, used cards in Farmingville.
Suffolk Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the person who broke into two parked vehicles outside the Lucille Roberts gym in Shirley, took pocketbooks from the vehicles, and then used credit cards that were in the handbags at a DVD rental kiosk in Farmingville. Â
According to police, on Tuesday, November 1, at approximately 7 p.m. an unknown male broke the windows of two parked vehicles in the Lucille Roberts parking lot located at 349Â NBÂ William Floyd Parkway in Shirley.
The suspect stole pocketbooks containing credit cards and other items from the vehicles and then used two credit cards at the Redbox DVD rental kiosk which is located outside the 7-Eleven at 358 Mooney Pond Road in Farmingville, police said.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
