Justin McCauley, 22, a Sachem graduate and student at Suffolk Community College passed away on Friday. He leaves behind his parents, Michael and Cristina, two sisters, Rhiannon and Gabriella, and two nephews, Frankie and Max. His family is struggling with their loss as well as the financial burden.
