
HOLBROOK, NY – Suffolk Police have now confirmed that a man jumped off a Long Island Expressway overpass Saturday evening in Holbrook.
The man, who jumped from the overpass on Patchogue-Holbrook Road, was not struck by a car, but hit his head in the roadway around 5:34 p.m., police said.
He suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, police said. No other information has been released.
