Sachem High School North Celebrates Graduation

Congratulations to the Class of 2021!

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY — Sachem High School North’s Class of 2021 celebrated their accomplishments before family and friends, taking to the field at Fred Fusaro Alumni Stadium while “Pomp and Circumstance” played last Friday.

Principal Andrew Larson recognized several students who would be entering the U.S. armed services after graduation, and as he continued his address, spoke to the great hopes he has for this outstanding class and their future, according to a Sachem Central School District news release.

“When I look at you, I am in awe of the immeasurable potential and talent you possess,” Larsen stated, adding, “You have proven yourselves on the field, on stage, and in the classroom and are now ready to go out into the world and show everyone what a Sachem graduate can do.”

Valedictorian Erika Sneider followed up the address, reflecting on what her fellow classmates have overcome and the great things they will achieve in life, district officials said.

“I am so grateful to have grown up with all of you,” Sneider stated. “I know we are going to change the world in ways both big and small, and I couldn’t be prouder to graduate with all of you today. So, as we leave Sachem North and move on to what comes next and pursue our dreams, make sure you look around and soak it all in because we have a bright future ahead.”
