Spirit of Giving * Holiday Donation Request

The Spot Church located in Holbrook, NY has made it their Christmas mission to collect Christmas gifts for teenagers living at Little Flower treatment facility located in Wading River, NY. Little Flower serves children in crisis, families and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Each year, their facility collects Christmas gifts for those who stay within the facility during the Holidays. It has been shared that they often receive donated gifts for the young children there but have a difficult time receiving gifts for their teenagers - ages 11 and up.

The Spot Church's mission to collect gifts specifically for these teens so in hopes that they will also feel the love and care of those from our communities so we are asking for your help this season.

Little Flower put together a holiday wish list for the teens which include misc. gift card requests, kindles, etc. As we would love to receive new kindles for the teenagers we are aware they are a more expensive item but if you are willing to donate a new kindle - we will graciously and happily provide a teen/teenagers with one! Our main goal is to collect as many GIFT CARDS as possible so that we may bless these teenagers this Christmas. Other ideas, socks, winter gear or any other age appropriate item. Please keep in mind that in order to keep a safe environment please be cautious of sharp objects, etc.

Gift donations will be accepted until December 17th, 2018 to provide adequate time for all gifts to be prepped and delivered to Little Flower. If you prefer to wrap your present, please leave a note letting us know what you have donated.

We are very excited for this new mission and even more so to share it with our community. Please keep this mission in your prayers and for the teenagers, and all other individuals there receiving Christmas gifts this year.
