Croxley's Ale House In Smithtown Closes
The pub took to Facebook to announce its closure after nearly a decade in the community.

SMITHTOWN, NY — Croxley's Ale House in Smithtown has closed after 10 years serving the community. The pub announced the decision on Facebook Thursday afternoon.
"Regretfully, after 10 wonderful years, Croxley’s Smithtown has closed its doors," it wrote. "We are very grateful to our amazing staff and our loyal customers. We hope to one day return to this great town, but until then, we look forward to serving you at our other locations."
Croxley's other Long Island locations include Farmingdale, Rockville Centre and Franklin Square. It also has a spot in Brooklyn.

The sports bar and restaurant served up buffalo wings, burgers, sandwiches, tacos, entrees and other pub fare. There was also a wide variety of craft beer from near and far.
