Event Spotlight: Gala to Honor Ballet Legend at Smithtown Landing Country Club

The Frank Ohman School of Ballet in Commack is set to host a gala honoring ballet legend Edward Villella at the Smithtown Landing Country Club in Smithtown.

"The Prodigal Son Returns" will take place April 22 at 5 p.m. Reservations are required and the cost to attend is $125 for adults, $75 for children. Cocktails, dinner, entertainment, film tributes and dancing will be offered at the gala.

Villella has performed for four U.S. Presidents including John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter, as well as on TV on the Ed Sullivan Show, The Odd Couple and more.
