If you're planning on taking your mom to Garden Grill in Smithtown on Sunday, expect to see the place pop a little more than usual. Workers were giving the restaurant a new coat of paint on Friday ahead of Mother's Day weekend.
An employee at the eatery said that the crew should be finished with the work by the end of the day. As of Friday afternoon the workers had four ladders up and just as many painters on the job.
