SMITHTOWN, NY — Chick-fil-A opened one of its chicken joints in Smithtown. The 530 Smithtown Bypass location began serving up grub on Thursday, according to a news release.

The business will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The Smithtown Chick-fil-A forewent its traditional First 100 Grand Opening celebration due to the coronavirus pandemic. Instead, the branch will surprise 100 health care heroes at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center with free Chick-fil-A for a year, according to the business.
