As I think back to my Fathers life, selling bananas and shinning shoes (To Help His Family )in the streets of Hell Kitchen NY, off the streets as a teenager to fight forest fires in Roosevelt’s CCC’s and selected to be an “Bushmaster Scout”
(The 158th Regimental Combat Team was called by Douglas MacArthur “
the greatest fighting combat team that ever deployed for battle." )
I seen my Soldier Dad with tears in eyes twice in my Life.
At the movie theater watching Saving Private Ryan.
The message for all of US Americans is to create that life in this beautiful free land America The Beautiful, that is worthy of the sacrifices of those Soldiers both Living and Deceased.

The one thing my Soldier Dad would say today,
Enjoy “Life” Enjoy your “Freedom” and Pursue your “Happiness” with Family and “Loyal” Friends and The “Loyal” Pup
Enjoy Heaven on Earth; In The Good Old USA.
As Soldiers, both Living and Deceased; they “all” would want us to do!
Enjoy The Good Old USA.
Be Grateful.!

I really miss my Soldier Dad, The Greatest Man I know; He Loved me so.
He never used the Word but always Lived The Deed.
Truly The American Soldier.
